Proximity & serial readers

DDS has developed a full range of proximity card readers. All those nice looking readers are compatible with the card technologies:

– EMarine: proximity – 125 KHz readers read Wiegand 26-bit EM cards or
– Mifare (M): contactless smartcard readers – 13,56 MHz, read Wiegand 26-bit and 34-bit cards, standard ISO14443 A, B

They have two kinds of interface:

– Wiegand (DL12, DL13, DL16, DK23) or
– Serial RS485 (DL13F, DK23F, DK26F): a 32-bit dynamic key to encrypt the communication with the controller

The readers have two bi-colored LEDs and optical tamper. The reading range is about 8 cm.
Easy to install mounting plates simplify the installation. The readers can be used indoor or outdoor (weatherproof IP65).
